Drawing from his own experiences as a world class alpine ski racer, Doctor Ryan Oughtred aims to be the missing link in your health care. He brings together all compenents of your health into one simple, easy to understand plan, and then supports you over time as you attempt to incorporate those changes into your lifestyle.
All patients start with an unhurried assessment. The comprehensive health assessment not only includes a review of health concerns and a medical history, but also an assessment of your lifestyle, dietary habits, body composition, physical fitness and functional assessment of posture, balance, flexibility and strength.
Once assessed, you can work on one thing at a time, or go "all-in" and choose to have weekly check ins, naturopathic treatments, personal training, dietary monitoring, or other treatments. We offer special programs for weight loss, back pain, ski or golf fitness, and more. Dr. Oughtred has developed a year-round fitness and lifestyle program that provides long term support to keep patients fit and healthy over time.
