Baseline Athletic Performance
Athletes need to build a strong foundation to be physically prepared to rise to the next level. Without the appropriate education and training in the basic areas of fitness and movement, they limit their ability to learn effective movement patterns and may permanently damage their athletic career in the process. I focus on achieving strength and stability in basic movements such as lunging, squatting, running, jumping, pushing, and pulling. Basic performance measures including power, speed, agility, balance, and endurance are assessed and addressed at this stage.
