The fitness camp is designed to incorporate every aspect of your fitness. Cardiovascular and anaerobic systems are worked throughout the week and physical therapies and core training sessions ensure your body is always functioning at a top level. The strength programs rotate daily to make sure that every muscle in your body gets addressed at some point during the week, and there is plenty of rest time allotted so you come home feeling simultaneously worked and energized.
