Efficient Movement and Posture
Exercise should be done in a fashion that decreases the risk for injury and limits wear-and-tear to the body. Eliminate poor posture and unnecessary movements, and “groove” new patterns of motion to reduce fatigue and achieve better athletic performance. Some people refer to this type of treatment or exercise as prehabilitation, or “prehab”.
