Proper Joint Function and Stability
Asymmetries in movement often lead to imbalanced performance and increased wear-and-tear on one side over the other. If one joint does not move well, it can cause excess wear in a neighbouring joint. Early detection and understanding of the root cause(s) of the problem(s) could mean less pain and better function in the long run.
